There is no fee or obligation to pay merely for accessing the Site. To the extent you engage our services, fees and expenses will be due as set forth in your engagement agreement with LOMHH. Should such informal negotiation not resolve the dispute, you and LOMHH agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The party that successfully resolves any dispute pursuant to this Section shall be entitled to an award and recovery of its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs for all proceedings.
Severability

Assignment

To the extent you have entered into an engagement agreement with LOMHH, such engagement agreement shall control in the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of the engagement agreement as it relates to the subject matter of such engagement agreement.
