We bill flexibly, by the hour for ongoing projects; by flat fee for defined projects such as entity formation or contract drafting; or on retainer for ongoing advice and counsel. We will discuss your specific needs with you at your initial consultation and advise you as to the best structure.
Are you licensed in my state?
Max H. Hacker is licensed in California, and New York. The law firm’s principal office is located within the state of Colorado. We serve clients primarily from these states, though we advise clients across the country as well, particularly digital media entities with cross-border issues.
